How much does a new concrete driveway cost in South Florida?

It depends on size, finish (broom, stamped or exposed aggregate) and the condition of the existing surface. That is exactly why we quote in person: you get a fixed, itemized number after a free on-site assessment, and that number does not move.

Will my new driveway crack?

All concrete moves with temperature, which is why we cut control joints that direct any hairline movement along planned lines instead of across your slab. Proper base prep, reinforcement and joint placement are what separate a 25-year driveway from a 5-year one.

How long until I can use my new surface?

You can typically walk on new concrete after 24 to 48 hours and drive on it after about 7 days. New asphalt can usually be driven on within 2 to 3 days. We give you the exact schedule for your project with the quote.

How long does the work take?

Most residential driveways, patios and walkways are completed within days once work begins. Larger commercial paving and masonry projects get a detailed schedule in the written quote.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Where your city requires a permit, we prepare and manage the application and make sure the work is inspected and compliant.

Do you work in HOA communities?

All the time, especially in Aventura and Boca Raton. We provide the documentation your association needs and keep the jobsite clean and quiet so approvals and neighbors stay on your side.

Pavers or stamped concrete, which should I choose?

Both give you a premium finish. Pavers are modular and repairable piece by piece; stamped concrete is seamless and holds intricate patterns. During your assessment we look at your space, drainage and style and price both options for you.

Can I replace just part of my driveway?

Often, yes. If the base under the rest of the surface is sound, a partial replacement or resurfacing can save real money. We tell you honestly which option makes sense when we see it in person.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Eliyan Group is licensed and insured in Florida, and we are happy to provide documentation with your quote.

Is the quote really free?
